Lost an account?

Have you got a lame account because your real superstar/royalty one is hacked and want to get it back? Well if you do follow these steps and you should get your account back within 1-2 days!

Step one: Send an email to: support@stardoll.com

- In the email you MUST provide the following information:

The account username that was hacked

The birthdate that you used on the account

The original email that you used on the account

The reference number that you purchased superstar with (Can be found in the original email inbox when you purchased superstar or more stardollars. If you have purchased multiple stardollars and superstar, please send them the most recent one)
